I purchased this software based on their "30-Day Money Back Guarantee" which states the following. "We stand behind the quality of our product. If it fails to meet your expectations (within 30 days from the purchase) we will refund your money." Their product did not meet my expectations and when I asked for a refund I was told NO! I was well within my 30 days but they felt that I was not due a refund. I had to file a claim with my Credit Card company to have the charge reversed. My Opinion - Why buy from a company that treats their customers this way. There are many more companies out there that will treat their customers much better than this.
